Estimated delivery times
All our articles are made to order, one by one. It takes more time but they’re unique.
- Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days
- Some are hand-sewn and take longer
- Shipping adds an additional 3 to 10 business days
- International shipping takes longer
- Holidays: Black Friday to New Year’s Eve takes longer
- We can’t guarantee shipping for a specific date
International shipping (customs/duty fees)
International shipments may incur customs and/or duty fees. Each country has its own policy. Fees are usually based on various factors like weight, value, size. We are not responsible for customs fees.
Canadian customers: the USMCA trade agreement between the US, Canada and Mexico now makes cross-border online purchases between those countries less subject to customs fees.
Lost package
Once a package is on its way, the shipping service is responsible for it. Make sure you provided the correct info. If you think you did, write to us, including your order number. We’ll do our best in our limited power.
Tracking
Not all products ship with a tracking number. A single order can include products with and without a tracking number. If you receive a tracking page link, it is only associated with the products mentioned in it. A missing tracking number for a product, even within the same order, is not a sign that something is wrong with your order.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Proof
Whenever possible, always record unpacking from any store. A video is the best proof that any damage is not your fault. Pictures are also good for most cases.
Damage – 7 days
If an item arrives damaged, get in touch within 7 days*. If you can prove your case, we’ll do our best to replace it free of charge.
Defect – 30 days
We offer a 30-day* guarantee on manufacturing defects only. Please provide any proof available. Although defects are extremely rare, if you can prove your case, we’ll do our best to replace it free of charge.
Returns New! – 30 days ($)
We offer a 30-day* return window for a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping. Our “Made to order” production without any inventory makes it impossible to offer an unrestricted return policy. Send an email about your return so we can expect it, or if you need more information, and use the address below if it’s not a defect.
RETURN ADDRESS
The address on most packages is usually the manufacturer’s address in case of a defect. For regular returns, please send to the store’s legal address instead, to my attention:

If you can provide the reason for the return, it would be much appreciated as it rarely happens.
Size
If you did not receive the size you ordered, we’ll exchange it free of charge. If we ask you to return the item as proof, it has to be in pristine condition**. Once received and satisfactory, a new item will be sent.

We do not offer exchanges in any other case.*
Refunds Policy
We never offer refunds* unless replacing your item is impossible or useless.
Out of Policy
We do our best to accommodate all our customers. Sometimes it doesn’t work or it’s out of our policy. We don’t offer exchanges or refunds after 30 days.
Returning Items
If you are required to return items and we were not at fault, some conditions apply*:
- Return fees are at your expense
- Items have to be in pristine condition**
- A restocking fee of 20% applies
